the air conditioning was definitely a problem. the room was too hot the first night, so i didn't sleep. an engineer did visit, but then the aircon made this awful noise the second night! also, i asked for extra shampoo, but it never arrived. this was pretty frustrating, to be honest.

I found the lobby and pool area to be excellent . The main lobby was grand. The pool area was large. I also appreciated that the room was comfortable and a good size. I had enough space.

I thought the body wash provided was insufficient. It was barely enough for one shower. The shower head pressure was also poor. The room temperature was set to 15.4 degrees Celsius. This made the room uncomfortably cold, though the outside temperature was higher.
