My stay at the Palazzo Versace was mixed. while the ambiance and pool area were stunning, my check-in experience left much to be desired. The room I received felt like a downgrade, and the service didn't meet the standards I expected from such a renowned hotel.

I recently stayed at the Imperial Hotel Gold Coast, and overall, my experience was a mixed bag. The rooms offered a stunning view, which I loved, but they definitely felt a bit dated. While the staff, especially Gina and Paige, made my stay enjoyable with their really good service, there were several issues I encountered that were quite disappointing.
